Pimp my Breakfast

This is apparently, in the words of Westwood, for real!
I love the guy with the gang tattoos sporting a stylish Corn Flakes T.

Jane Tyson has a lot to answer for!
I work with a lovely lady called Pip - cool name, cool lady. Anyhoo, her name reminded me of the Children's TV show Pipkins, that i used to watch when i was off of school in the 70's.
What i didn't remember however was how damn sinister the puppets looked.
What was Jane Tyson on when she made these?
Thank god for Battle of the Planets, that all i can say.

Wham, Bam, thank you Spam
If you use gmail you may get those little ad links at the top of your inbox - like what i does.
And sometimes, particularly in the junk folder, you get little recipes for Spam, the meat in a tin. I usually ignore them but today i was intrigued by the French Fry Spam Casserole recipe below.
Title: FRENCH FRY SPAM CASSEROLE
I bet it doesn't look as lovely as this little beauty that was laid before me on Saturday night though.

Fair Enough
The Science Fair - strange product from American education that i don't think ever made it here, well at least not when i was at school.
"Me Say Creation..."
Surely this dozy bint should spend more time at working on her Grammer Fair Project. (And stop talking creationist crap).
You can laugh at some more idiots here

Mark Lawrenson has tourette's? Shaun Wright-Phillips.
I was watching the footy last night and astoundingly moribund commentator Mark Lawrenson said the following :
"Well he's done all the hard work, brought it down on his chest and made the pass, for me. Shaun Wright-Phillips".
And i thought, what a strange way to organise a sentence. It must be an affect of having to think and speak quickly, as is the skill required for a dynamic and interesting sports narrator.
Not likely with Lawrenson.
So then i thought, perhaps he has some sort of tourette's that makes him say Shaun Wright-Phillips involuntarily at the end of random sentences.
How cool would that be?
Just a thought. Shaun Wright-Phillips.

I've mentioned before that i like to do a bit of fishing. So i thought i'd share a wonderful resource for the angler who can't be arsed to get out in the garden (that's not me btw). They do maggots too - straight to your office or home.O' the fun that could be had.
Maggots from £5.25 a pint
Worms from £8.95 1/4 kg
Gift certificates are also available (no seriously, they are!)

Helen Chamberlain certainly knows her arrows
Last night i was at the PDC World Darts Final at Ally Pally - lots of fun, lots of beer bellies.
Here's the message i sent to my CD

Helen Chamberlain, she of Soccer AM, was sitting opposite me with a couple of mates.
This is her
Anyhoo, i asked my soon-to-be-brother-in-law Thomas, how the cameramen know when a player is 'going down for 19s' and Chamberlain piped up with an answer.
In short, Bristow and Deller are behind the scenes telling the cameramen what the likely next shot is. And there was me thinking that all there was to offer a retired Pro darts player was a pub lardlordship (i meant landlord but perhaps this name is more appropriate) hustling unsuspecting punters in games of 101.
Thanks Helen - there's no need to be so mardy when you're asked who scored for Torquay though!

Hook, line & sinker
I go fishing quite a lot when i can be bothered. So this caught my eye when it was sent to me (thanks Jim). The thing i like best about this $1,000,000 game fishing lure is not the 'just over 3 pounds of glimmering gold and platinum, encrusted with 100 carats of diamonds and rubies (4,753 stones to be exact)'It's the fact that you can actually add it to your cart and buy it online - as if!

Watto Wattoo
This little fella just popped into my head and pretty much no-one else in the office remembers it.
Watto Watto is a super bird, he's (or She's) French and is still as trippy as when i first saw it approximately 25 years ago.

What a fantastic job title...

or maybe he actually has a head made of crisps. And if he has, what flavour would they be?
I guess if he was from the higher classes it would be something like Cracked Black Pepper & Shiitake Mushroom.
And if he was working class, Prawn Cocktail or cheap Salt n Vinegar Space Raider flavour.
Or maybe i'm just a cock and shouldn't post such bollocks.

'...and you're back in the womb'
Saw some friends yesterday with their new boy, Orson. This is he wearing the smashing pair of Vans we brought him.

Anyhoo, they had a hypnobirth (well done Shif, amazing stuff), hence the lame gag. And that reminded me of the Hypno Toad...
Don't stare into his eyes too long.
